Enquiries
If you contact us through the form, by email or by telephone, we use the supplied contact details and enquiry content to respond. For contract-related enquiries the basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); otherwise our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f). The form emails your information to Georgshof and does not store a separate message database. Unless a contract arises or longer retention is required, enquiries are generally kept for up to six months. Statutory retention periods apply to bookings.
Hosting, security and misuse prevention
The host processes technically necessary connection information, such as IP address, time, requested page and browser details, for operation and security under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. To limit repeated form submissions, the website stores a cryptographically derived value of the IP address for at most 15 minutes.
Easybooking and third-party content
Online booking links lead to easybooking (zadego GmbH). If you choose to load the optional embedded booking form, your IP address and technical browser data are sent to easybooking. It is not loaded without your action. Activating the embedded form is based on consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; the subsequent booking process serves your requested reservation. External links
Google Maps and other linked websites load only after clicking. No map is embedded automatically. The operators are responsible for their own data processing. Joining a WhatsApp riding group may make your phone number and profile information visible to other group members, depending on your settings.
Fonts, analytics and cookies
The Georgshof package uses system fonts and locally hosted photographs, without advertising or analytics services. WordPress may use technically necessary cookies, particularly in the logged-in administration area. A language preference cookie is used only if you manually choose a language and lasts 180 days.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent for the future at any time by emailing info@georgshof.at. The Austrian Data Protection Authority is at www.dsb.gv.at.
